SPLENDID!

I did not know that this quality of music was available here in CT!

That performance was dynamite... you pulled it off with flare... the Chorale's German diction as well as dynamics were superb... the Schumann was really beautifully executed.

I was truly transported by the two Beethoven pieces. The Chorale's technique was breathtaking! Entries and cutoffs were sharp, pitch was on target, diction was clear, everyone was together throughout. Especially wonderful were the dynamics, which in a couple of dramatic places changes from forte to pianissimo in one bar. The balance was superb. The opening entries in the Choral Fantasy took my breath away. I was moved to tears.

In short, Bravo!
And, thank you for such a wonderful performance!

As I keep telling my friends, the Chorale's December concert is my favorite way to start the holiday season.
Thanks so much for a wonderful evening.
